1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Laimonade, provided by Digiscope bv, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Laimonade is an AI Product Owner for software teams: it grooms a backlog, plans weekly sprints, maintains a roadmap, and serves work to coding agents over the Model Context Protocol.

Two things about how it operates are part of what you are agreeing to. Laimon acts on your project by itself. Once a project is connected to both GitHub and Slack it runs on a schedule and makes changes — creating and grooming items, filling a sprint, assigning owners — without asking first. There is no approval queue and no undo. Its writes are confined to your Laimonade project; it does not write to your repository. It cannot mark work done. Only a person can move an item to Done.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our service. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Our pricing plans are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify our prices with reasonable notice.

5.2 Free Trial

New projects start with a 14-day trial including 100 AI credits. No payment method is required to begin. The trial does not convert into a paid subscription on its own — it simply ends, and you choose whether to subscribe.

5.3 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, in EUR, and you authorise us to charge the payment method on file. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your card number.

Every plan includes the whole product. No feature is withheld from a lower tier and team members are unlimited. What differs between plans is the monthly allowance of AI credits, which are consumed when Laimon does work that costs model tokens — grooming an item, planning a sprint, writing a work order, producing a digest. Reading the board, moving a card and inviting a colleague consume none.

Credits reset each month and do not roll over. If an allowance runs out, Laimon stops taking on new token-backed work for the rest of the month rather than billing you for more; the rest of the product keeps working.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal, reachable from Billing in the app, where you can also change your payment method or plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.

We do not operate an automatic refund process for partial periods. If something has gone wrong, write to us — we would rather hear about it than have you dispute a charge.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of Laimonade are owned by Digiscope bv and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Data and Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For any conduct we deem harmful to our service or users
• At our discretion, with or without notice

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiscope bv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digiscope bv from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
